survey from ApartmentList recently reported that Superior is the priciest town in Boulder County to be a renter. The median price of a two-bedroom apartment in Superior is $1,880 per month — an 11.6 percent increase from last year.

Superior real estate is a hot commodity whether you are looking to buy or rent. Anyone who has lived in Superior understands why the town is so desirable – the pristine open space, miles of trails, numerous parks, excellent shopping – not to mention it’s perfect locale right off the highway for easy access to Boulder and Denver.
